Interested in better public services? This session will combine design and innovation tools with a hands-on case study that lets you put those tools into practice. You’ll work in small teams to learn methods for design thinking and doing set against the backdrop of improving government service delivery. Whether you’re a public servant, a consultant, or an active citizen this workshop will provide a hands-on introduction to designing for better citizen experience.
